Air Source Heat Pump

You can access LiveSmart BC for heat pumps. An air-source heat pump (ASHP) is a highly efficient way to heat and cool your home.

Like an air conditioner or refrigerator, an air source heat pump collects heat from one place and transfers it to another. When choosing an air source heat pump, you will need to have your contractor determine the proper size for the system. It is also important to ensure proper insulation and to reduce air leakage from your home before investing in any new heating system.
