City of Nanaimo Toilet Replacement Rebate Program
The City of Nanaimo has advised that this program has exhausted available funding. Pending possible renewal in 2012, the City is advising homeowners to retain receipts and await further information.

Eligibility
- This offer only applies to City of Nanaimo property owners who are connected to the City of Nanaimo’s sewer or water system.
- Toilets using 13 litres or more per flush, replaced with a CSA approved new low flow model, accompanied by a receipt dated after February 9th, 2009,will be eligible for a rebate of $50 for each regular low flow 6 litre toilets or $75.00 for each dual flush low flow (6 litre and 3 litre toilet).
- Lifetime maximum of 2 rebates per property.
Application procedure
Must ENCLOSE the following with application:
- a copy of a CSA approved toilet(s) sales receipt dated after February 9th, 2009 2
- a receipt from the RDN Landfill site located at:
1105 Cedar Road, orApplications may be dropped off or mailed to:
A receipt from the Nanaimo Recycling Exchange located at:
2477 Kenworth Road.
