家居节能评估 Home Energy Assessment (Chinese)

Book a home energy assessment with City Green before you renovate. (Cost is $150* + GST)

Step Two:
 Complete your choice of renovations.

Step Three
 Book a follow up home energy assessment with City Green before March 31, 2011, and then receive your government grant cheque within 120 days! The second assessment costs $150 + GST.

Our home energy efficiency assessment includes the following:
  • A detailed energy evaluation of your home
  • A "blower door" test to find air leaks.
  • A report will help you learn where your energy dollars are being spent and what you can do to improve your home's energy efficiency.
  • A rating label that shows you how your home compares with others.

在第一次的评估中，节能顾问会查看您房子的门窗，暖气系统和保温材料。节能顾问也会抽检房子内的保湿度和通风系统。首次的评估将会大约为一小时半到两小时。
During the first assessment, we look at your home’s windows, doors, heating system and insulation. We also spot check for moisture and other ventilation concerns. This initial assessment takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

评估结束后，节能顾问将会为您提供一份节能建议的节能评估报告。
At the end of the assessment, we provide an Energy Efficiency Evaluation Report that outlines and prioritizes ways that you can make your home more energy efficient.

The rating for your home is a number between 0 and 100. This number describes your home’s overall energy efficiency. The higher the number, the more efficient your home.

Our recommendations are unaffiliated with renovation contractors. You choose which renovations to do and which contractors to use.
