City of Duncan Toilet RebateThe City of Duncan will send a rebate cheque for qualifying installations to the applicant, individual or company. Rebates are $60 for each low flush (6L) and $100 for each dual flush (3/6L) toilet, to a lifetime maximum of two rebates per residential or commercial unit.
City of Nanaimo Toilet Replacement Rebate Program The City of Nanaimo is offering rebates of $50 to $75 for property owners who remove a 13 liter (or larger) per flush toilet and installed a maximum 6 liter per flush or dual flush toilet(s).
City of Victoria Secondary Rental Suite GrantThis grant program will offer homeowners a grant equal to 25% of construction costs of new secondary suites, up to a maximum grant of $5000.
CMHC Mortgage Loan Insurance RefundA 10% CMHC mortgage loan insurance premium refund when purchasing an energy-efficient home or making energy-saving renovations
CMHC On-Reserve Housing — New Construction InitiativeCMHC is investing $125 million over two years toward additional on-reserve social housing units. This $125 million will be delivered under the On-Reserve New Construction Initiative
CMHC On-Reserve Housing — Retrofit InitiativeCMHC will deliver a one-time federal investment of $125 million over two years to address the needs of the existing on-reserve social housing units.
Comox Valley Toilet Rebate ProgramThe Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) toilet rebate program has expired. Please check the CVRD website for updates on a potential new, expanded program for 2010.
Coquitlam Toilet Replacement Rebate ProgramThe City of Coquitlam is offering a rebate of $100 for each toilet replaced with a new ultra low flow model up to a maximum of two toilets per residential dwelling. Funding for this program is limited.
Cowichan Valley Toilet Replacement Rebate ProgramThe (Cowichan Valley Regional District) CVRD is offering a $75 rebate for toilet replacement.
