For New Homes
- We offer assurance that your homes perform efficiently with the help of diagnostic equipment, including a thermal imaging camera and a blower door test to evaluate the status of the insulation and leakiness of the home envelope.
- We also carefully inspect the quality of air-sealing at a pre-drywall state to ensure the anticipated air tightness of the structure will be achieved.
For Existing Homes
- Thermal Imaging can be used to detect air leakage/heat loss around doors, windows, walls, floors and penetrations in the building envelope after major renovations
- Thermal Imaging provides info about insufficient, improperly installed, degraded or wet insulation in roofs, walls, ceilings, floors & foundations.
