CleanBC Better Homes & Better Buildings Energy Coach

2018 – 2022

In partnership with the Province of BC, BC Hydro, and FortisBC, City Green developed and launched the CleanBC Better Homes and CleanBC Better Buildings websites alongside the CleanBC Energy Coach Service. Thousands of homeowners were supported over the course of this program.

This innovative and impactful new service provides a one-stop-shop hub of residential and commercial building science information for residents of British Columbia. Together, the program partners developed key tools and resources including the Contractor Search Tool, the Rebate Search Tool, and the Energy Advisor Search.  These tools have grown to become key resources for stakeholders and residents across British Columbia.

Nominated as a Finalist for the 2021 Premiere Awards, the platform and Energy Coach service were recognized for its robust and ongoing support for homeowners seeking provincial rebate information and home retrofit knowledge.
